Returns

1. Returns can only be done on non edible products
2. You have 5 hours to notify and 24 hours to return an item from the date you received it.
3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
4. Your item must be in the original packaging.
5. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds

1. Refund is not available for orders that has been shipped 
2. Refund is only available for orders that has exceeded 7 working days without shipping
3. You will receive the credit within 5-7 working days.

Shipping

1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
2. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. 
3. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
