Pumping is a great added advantage but not compulsory.
If you are able to actively breastfeed 10-12 times on each breast, you don’t necessarily have to pump ma’am if you are sure that your baby is actively sucking for up to 10 times on each breast daily. However, if you have a very low supply, we recommend you add a few pumping sessions daily

Yes, you absolutely can give your toddlers as from age 2.

All the products work effectively; however, we recommend you try all the products first to help determine your preference and the ones that work best with your body.

We recommend you start at 36 weeks of pregnancy or 4 weeks before due date

You can increase your milk supply with our products at any time while you are still breastfeeding. Even if your baby is over a year, as long as you are still stimulating your breast and ready to continue giving your baby breast milk

No, we do not use fenugreek in any of our product

Please use at least 2 products daily.

• The cookies are to be taken 3 pieces daily in no particular order.
• Granola can be taken as a breakfast cereal with milk or sprinkled on yogurt.
• The shakes are 3 tablespoons twice daily and can be added to a smoothie, oatmeal, cereal, pap, soups, and yogurt. It can also be taken on with cold water.
• Tea can be taken in the morning and evening, no milk added, but it can be sweetened with sugar, honey, or lemon.

Absolutely mama, follow the instructions on the products or from the lactation consultant. You will get great results.

The weight or size of your baby is dependent on 2 factors. Your baby’s genetics and nutrients which will come from the milk. Our products will help your baby get great nutrients from your breastmilk.

Every mother will have different use timelines. How long you will use the products will vary from mother to mother. Continue to use the product as needed and gradually reduce when it's no longer needed.
